New texturizing unit for our laboratory installed.

Our laboratory are equipped to carry out all the necessary analysis and research into any MMF products, thus enabling the production of new types of master batch to meet the customer's requirements.
The research and production staff are able to devote much of their time to improvements in the production processes and the development of new product.
Our pilot spinning plant has three BARMAG ® take-up winder. We can spin ut to 4500 m/min in the same industrial plant conditions.

Informations:
Before spinning, the polymer has to be dryed. We utilize a silica gel, double column, fully automated drier. During spinning process the temperature an humidity in the quenching and in the room is manteined constant using a UTA (Air Treatment Unit). Our pilot spinning plant has three BARMAG ® take-up winder. We can spin ut to 4500 m/min in the same industrial plant conditions. MMF Utilize a BARMAG® spinnig extruder. The spinneret, filter and other components are equal to industrial spinning plant. Reproduce the right condition of our customer is a must for MMF. We can match every titre or type of yarn: polyamide, polyester, polypropilen etc. in: round, trilobal and other kind of section.
